Open Question: Question regarding Alfalar Rottweiler in Tampa Fl?

Has anyone else had problems with Alfalar Rottweiler Farm in Tampa FL? They sold us a puppy with a congenital heart defect and they did not wish to follow the FL Pet Lemon Law. We had to threaten with legal actions to get our refund and it was a very painful experience.
